That is huge! A Mammoth Sized Southern BBQ Challenge that has never been defeated! Today we are at Mammoth BBQ taking on their BBQ platter challenge. Challengers have 2 hours (up from 1 hour) to defeat the $80 bbq platter in the quest for a free meal and a sweet tshirt! Can we defeat this big food challenge, or will this crazy food challenge defeat us? The platter featured pulled pork, ribs, turkey, pork chops, beans, coleslaw, rolls and more!

You know I'm right there with you on that thought. Because I know how much this man can eat. And he's eating a lot more than 10 lb so honestly this may have been slightly difficult for him because of the intestinal issue he was having. But even I knew he was going to be the challenge.

Just curious, how do you know the timing with the timer on your camera? Does it detect when you say you start? Or are you doing the math for it in real-time?

Some cameras have a display that can flip outward towards the user. Maybe that’s how.

Where to begin.......... WOWSERS On those new Tattoos!!!! Not only them but the canvas they are done on LOL 😆. Great Great video, fantastic as always, done in usual be Joel timing. Especially glad to see it when it's undefeated!!!! I am always ssssooo impressed how you do these tours for us , in what ever city you are in. I ESPECIALLY enjoy it since at 55 yo I am house bound disabled and my bucket list after "retirement" was to have a renovated full size school bus, made into a traveling tiny house so I could travel the United States and Canada and see all this continent has to offer. Also would love to go to some of those places you've been to, to try the foods you were most impressed with. Though I can NOT do that now, I can live some of it through your ( ahem - clear my throat) gorgeous eyes. Both the sights and the food. THANK YOU SSOO much for that and I'm sure for many more like me out there. Be safe and continue the great work. Keep the Tattoos coming.

Love the sweet t shirt-for completing the challenge! The food looked amazing. That’s weird it’s sold out for greater than a week! However, the museum did provide some information and photos to educate all ! I probably would have chosen buns too. It reminds me of the sandwiches the most ! Great job defeating the undefeated challenge
