Bought these for warehouse maintenance work, needed something with more traction and more of a better feel when climbing. They have great initial traction but will have to wait to see how they do when the outsole starts to wear out more. There very comfortable. The shoe feels like a durable running shoe, flexible but has good stability. The upper of the shoe might not be durable but it is comfortable and better ventilated the an all leather shoe. Overall I don’t consider it a boot but for what I need and the environment I work in it’ll be alright. They run big though.

I was going on a trip to Everest base camp. UPS being themselves lost the boots I ordered for the trip. Forcing me to into a local sport store and saw the Gore-tex version of these. Turned out to be great boots.

Please please review the NEW Under Armour range one of theee are… Men's UA HOVR™ Infil Waterproof Tactical Boots. Please review these they look amazing but would like more clarity surrounding the boot, (if the ideas are just gimmicks or actually worth investing in,) Love your vids!! I drive a bus all day in Canada. Want a boot thats comfy and can handle a bit of snow without getting too hot. Think i'll try the waterproof version of these

I treat all my boots with water repellent and that does the trick eve. with side zips get the spray can and put 2 coats

These type of boots need to be in Composite toe version, service members are dealing with the same old bates that are comparable to bricks.

Not sure if you mean US service members or if you’re perhaps from another country. But these aren’t BERRY compliant so they wouldn’t be authorized for most service members in the US

@@samesparza2149 I served in the US Coast Guard active duty, don’t really remember the policy for the boots, but one thing I’ll remember is that it had to be composite or steel toe and dependent on your Rating or as other branches call it there MOS. (I think steel toe might be outdated though need to double check myself on that) I was on the operational side for search and rescue missions and I greatly wish we were able to wear these. Trying to bend your foot in Bates boots? I refer to my last comment. Bricks lol

@@ElevatingInLife yeah I hear you. I just mean that UA doesn’t make berry compliant boots to my knowledge. Many service members probably buy and use them unnoticed but they’re not authorized. But tbh there are a lot of other brands that honestly just make a better quality lightweight boot too. My experience with UA is that they’re about the same quality as something like 5.11.

Nice, I think you will appreciate the comfort of these. Of all the stuff I've reviewed, I think these are one of the most comfortable tac boots in general, especially for the price.

I would expect outstanding cushioning with a Micro G midsole ! Of all the footwear I own ( fifty pairs ), Micro G is my favorite !

be my 3rd pair of Valsetz 1 pair for work then bought another pair for riding cycle now new job required coyote colored so bout them again I will never buy different boots

Yes, comes with a list of pre disposed kicks ready to lay the smackdown at any given moment. Just pump the tounge 3 times on both shoes same time and it's a wrap

Sizing im not sure with this one. Im normally a size 11 but this boots is a half size bigger. This is a size 11 but its half size bigger. So it’s definitely not true to size.

I have the Men's UA Micro G Valsetz Tactical Boots without zipper, for almost an year now. I wear them everyday at my security job and they are the best shoes i've ever had.. I wear them almost everyday for almost over 10 hrs and they never disappointed me in any way. I had to change the laces but its fine. So far the grip has started to run out but other than that, i have never had such sturdy shoes in my life.. Looking forward to buy another pair. 10/10 recommended.

Although the Valsetz waterproof boots motivate me to get them instead since they have the waterproof advantage and the 5.11's are mesh like the ones reviewed in this video

I work in a level 5 prison on my feet all day walking these are by far the worst boots Iv ever wasted money on I had to spend an xtra 69$ for a good set of insoles

There is a version that is, storm proof. They are darker green, the mid is leather, to my understanding via the UA website. Getting a pair of them for early season season deer hunting and spring turkey. They look very nice.
