The New Forest is wonderful place to spend time in your motorhome, campervan, caravan or tent especially Roundhill Campsite. All the wildlife is there, strolling past.

We were glad to get away for my 71st birthday which was on May the 10th,We booked a week at the Bridlington caravan and motorhome club site from May Bank holiday Monday.This is a fantastic site with 2 large separate areas and smaller areas.very spacious pitches and really great toilet blocks which there are 2 of them.We had a great week there,we visited Scarborough and Filey and searched out lots of little villages.I see you had a nice break at round hill.Good video of yours and waiting for the next ones.stay safe and have fun.

We was down at key haven beautiful weather walked to the fort new forest was indeed full off camps airfields most used for d day all the best donny

We like to go to Hurst View near lymington. Bit expensive for no EHU at £28 per night but we pay the premium as they allow camp fires . We love a fire pit campfire to chill out as the sun sets. It's quite a busy place but it's big site and you can pitch up where it suits you. There are all the facilities if you require them.

I was just saying on my last video (released this afternoon!!😅) that I think my fave site in the New Forest is Roundhill too. Been 3 times so far.

Hi Zoey ,I would keep away from Ads if I were you. My better half gave me whooping cough (/100 day cough)? Diagnosed via a blood test. A noticeable disease. I've had X-rays as well, indicating I was rather poorly.

It isn't the New Forest if there aren't any Cows or Ponies wondering about somewhere nearby. Seeing this makes me look forward to Nessa's first trip out this coming Bank Holiday. Not sure I would risk taking her over the Channel with her history of breaking down and my lack of a valid Passport for the last 17 years. She may surprise us this year and be trouble free. We may have to pop down to the New Forest at some point to explore the area once more. Not been in the New Forest for about 10 years and that was in tents.

@@HermanHitstheRoad Not sure it is my kind of thing as I am fairly quite these days, and we have a busy schedule for June, which is slightly annoying for me as I want to go away Kayak Camping. which clashes with Nails being done for my Daughter that Is about to turn 16 and My Wife going off to see Sting. Which I would have gone along, but I can't stand for long periods of time anymore as I lock up. We have a Hotel stay for my Eldest Daughter as part of her 16th and Prom thing as she can't go to her School Prom as she hasn't been able to go to school since lockdown. There are the two things I have remembered, my Wife will have packed in more, as she normally does.

Hmmm, 36 years old, @andrewjbuckley? I'd say yes but I'm not 100% sure and by spare parts I assume you mean the running gear rather than the habitation area? Why not join the Classic Hymer Technology Facebook group and ask or search for your answer there? You could also call Coastal Motorhomes who should be able to answer your questions too

You make amazing videos, and i have watched alot of them :) Thank you for it and Its inspiring me to buy a moterhome. You are using a 26 years old Hymer, how is it going mechanically ? What speed you can drive it ? can it go upto 100 or 110 km/h speeds ? i am looking into buying the similar Hymer probably 2000 model, do you think it make sense to buy it in 2024 ? other option which i m thinking is an overcab moterhome. We are family of four so we need seats and sleeping place for 2 kids and 2 adults. i want to have not too large size, easy to drive and manover, and strong enough to climb norwegian mountains. What do you recommend for a family of four to have their first moterhome, which is relatively cheap and reliable ?

Thanks @sohailzafar4430 👍 Mechanical we've changed a few things like the suspension and brakes. I drive on motorways at 70 mph. It's not very fast but it eventually gets us there. It doesn't like hills being only a 2.5 diesel with no turbo. It is a 4 birth with 6 seat belts but 4 people is cramped. You could rent a motorhome first to see if you do like that sort of holiday and it might give you an idea of whether your family will fit in a motorhome. I hope that helps? 👍👍

Hi Ads. We’re currently in Spain making our way back up to Blighty in our camper van,Trigger. Probably hit France tomorrow. Great vid as always and glad you’ve finally had some sun!! How much a night for the site where you and Zoe are? Looks good
