During or after work hours NO employer should sexually harass ANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES! What's sad is a vast majority of them get away with it both female as well as male employees are sexually harassed daily! Also half are never reported because they're scared of the repercussions and not being believed! Because society has drilled it into their heads that the one-percenters will be believed over us ninety nine- percenters.

This was the first one and I had just watched form the author (I think- I have short term memory problems so….) - I did not know that the blonde woman would have the authority to fire that blatant and unapologetic a-hole. I was thrilled to see that he would be going to jail. I love these happy ending stories! I don’t think that I’ve seen that actress before- the blonde either. And, they have accents- I am New Englander and I grew up north of Boston- NO, I do not have that Boston accent! I just can’t figure out where the actors are from. They don’t seem to be from England, Scotland nor Australia…je ne said pas.

I was thinking the same thing that she should have screamed or slapped him, but he was in a position to put her out of work. Losing a job can be more devastating for some than others. I don't know if she had a family support system or not. I do know when my mom lost her job in 2003 and our family not being what it used to be we went into homelessness. Life is not the same for everyone, everybody walks in their own set of shoes!

This one is very interesting, and very well done. I am actually doing life coaching online to become a better person, and this is big. It hits on a very important social issue, which leads to criminal activity, like sexual harassment. What Alan Burncroft was doing with Sarah Fine is something called simping. Simping is being the "nice guy" who is always available, or being too much of a presence. A simp is defined in the dictionary as a fool, and it further implies wasting time. Here, it is what most guys do by spending too much time focused on one lady, rather than socialize with multiple people. However, Mr. Burncroft was in a position of power, so that is where simping gets downright ugly, and dangerous. I could not be happier being involved in life coaching lesson to always make myself a better person for people to enjoy. Life is always a work in progress, and I am more than happy to take on the challenge.
