Yes, I appreciate the presumption of innocence is a vital protection for the citizen, but there are other responsibilities too, and protecting vulnerable children must be very, very high on the list.

Don’t blame the judge ~ it’s those in political office who pass the laws. Then they pass more laws to give an out and with a loop-hole set of laws keeps them out of jail. The Supreme Court should have to approve any changes to all laws & the court calendar would be more manageable & Justice for all would be fair.

I wonder if the number of these people was always the same, or if its more now than in the past. Certainly the ability to connect with like minded preds has emboldened them and, in their minds, helped them normalize what they are trying to do. Or maybe they are just easier to find now because of the internet, so more are caught. Awful people.

I always thought ans still think , minors should never have tablets nor cellphones with Internet access and least of all chatting applications, specially without parents or tutors supervision.
