Fun fact: If you had a single red shell in Mario Kart Super Circuit and threw it backwards, it would stay in place until someone drove past it and then follow that person. Pretty cool feature that was never brought back, alongside the banana damage cancel

The banana damage cancel I like (I almost said miss, but I have my N64), but a red shell acting like a police car patrolling for drivers going over the speed limit? That's just mean. Unless you have protection.

I don't know why, he was already low tier in the other Mario Kart game. Heck, even in the spinoff titles, he was low tier in Doubles, low tier in Mario Party, low mid tier in the Raid Boss Games, mid tier in the Sports Games, and got super nerfed in Smash after the introduction of the GameCube Controller. Just let him be high tier in this game at least.
