Honestly i think it'd be terrible unless youre extremely advanced already lol! Devon and engin especially pull completely differently and ermes as well lol! Engin was telling him to cup a little to get around his hand when he has the opponent hovering above the pad. Devon told him to stand up as hes re gripping, moving his elbow forward in the same situation.

Круто круто конечно, Ларрат, Гаспарини, Энгин и всё внимание на Кирилла, все дают советы, это дорогово стоит конечно... Я понимаю что Кирилл не простой человек, он как никак один из сильнейших в своей дисциплине, но всё же это потрясающе, видеть их всех вместе, прям рад за Кирилла, тёску моего=) Верим что он наконец начнёт серьёзно заниматься армом и в идеале выступать на соревнованиях!

Engin! It's an idea to make this a regular thing for after EvW. Underground Series. Training offered by the event's pullers to other pullers (maybe a few VIPs too who want it). Brilliant idea. The key is to keep it underground like this. EvW12 was amazing. The welterweight championship was outstanding and in the books now.

Кириллу уже даже зарубежные топы дают советы, призывают идти в этот спорт и реализовывать потенциал, но он, видимо, просто кайфует, что его все называют сильным, чел просто отдыхает 😂😂

Да ему все говорят что потенциала вагон и маленькая тележка. И рычаги длинные, и лапа здоровая, и пальцы (после пауэрлифтинга) сильные, и весит он 140 кг и при этом выглядит дрищем))). Ему чтобы в арм с ноги уверенно ворваться надо много работы проделать, первое это офп, по типу Левана жим 300 кг, бицепс читингом 130-140 на разы и тд. Далее укрепить углы надо. Нужно технику подтянуть, сейчас она на уровне пацана который пару месяцев армом занимается и посмотрел пару семинаров Ларратта. И в конце еще нужна специфика, куча специфических упражнений в зависимости от техники, под верх надо отведение, пронацию. Под крюк супинацию, приведение кисти. Надо еще укрепить сгибатель кисти, бок нужен оч мощный. Короче чтобы все это реализовать надо не один месяц в зале пыхтеть. Если Кирилл начнет серьезно готовится, то времени на ютуб у него особо не будет)) ни на блуда, ни на акимбо.

Было бы очень интересно увидеть через год другой Сарычева весящего под 170-180 кг с хорошей техникой. По факту из нынешних топов сильны только Эрмес, Леван и Виталик (чисто на мой взгляд). Остальные человек 10 что-то где-то там неподалеку от них)). У Артема с желудком проблемы, на пик бы вышел к осени. Реваз ни то, ни се. Виталик его с проигрышной позиции придавил. Цветков Девону всухую слил. Курдеча только вернулся, пока не понятно на каком уровне. Дениса болячки к сожалению мучают. Квиквинья после операции еще даже не боролся ни разу. Хз короче с кем подготовленному Кириллу бороться)

@@Vladivostok1977 да перестань, при его опыте и тех советах, которые ему дали и дают - остаётся только совершенствоваться. в зал ходить - не проблема, это дисциплиной должно быть. а с кем бороться... да хоть с кем-то блять) у него там много знакомых -армрестлеров. на соревнованиях всегда найдётся оппонент. вопрос в том, чё ему надо. если чисто посветиться на таких вот сходках после поединков, видосики поснимать - это одно, а если хочет реально тренить - другое.

I absolutely LOVE the idea of introducing relative strength athletes to the sport, and arrange matches vs each other to get them started....it will bring a TON of eyes to the sport and be a blast to watch. People are always talking about the champ, and the no.1, which is normal, but establishing the lower rankings builds the community and establishes clear paths to the top for competition and future champs 👍 I can't imagine the field of AW's that can be had under Engin's tutelage 😳

Можно по-разному относиться к Девону, но как же он хорош в обучении кого-либо армреслингу. За один урок (и в одно движение) показал, как нужно переходить к флоп-прессу после взятия центра. То, что Кириллу не показывал ни один другой армрестлер, к которым он постоянно ездит снимать видосы свои. И то, с чем у этих армрестлеров как раз-таки всегда проблемы.

@@Alllo-yr6mn Иронию оценил) Но если серьёзно, то я уважаю и Дениса, и Виталия и т.д. Но трудно спорить с тем, что более разнообразная техника борьбы может кому-то помешать. Многие писали что и Леван просто слишком сильный и большой и даже в трицепс бороться не умеет. Оказалось, всё он прекрасно умеет, если нужно. То есть даже он (с учётом своей силы) отрабатывает все варианты и техники борьбы.

That pay-per-view was so awesome. I did not expect Devon to win, but it was so fun watching that rematch just possibly witnessing the impossible. Devon would have killed himself if he needed to put on so much weight. It’s not worth it.
