The look of Dashboard, how does the customer want it, is it a pie cart, bar chart, or table, these are the Product features. Few Analytics Products don't have pie charts, thats a feature they want to exclude. How about 3D charts in a dash board, many don't use it, few want to use it? it is a product feature. Doing the work to make these is Project Scope. I will leave you with one more example, how about the new Augmented reality dashboards, again a product feature, so it is product scope. Hope this helps.

Making dashboard for the customer - I think it is a Project scope bcoz we are working on the dashboard to built it for customers. Please elaborate if I am wrong. How it would be Product scope, please.

Think about Jira tool, the dash boards used. It is a part of their product. Think about reporting tools which use dashboards. Which is a part of their product. Yes work done to make this dashboard is project scope
