No way. He’s better as a spokesperson. Always double down on ur strength. He may not b a good politician. It requires a cunning and viciousness that he might not possess. Especially speaking blunt truth isn’t smart as a politician. And he doesn’t seem the type to parse his words or obfuscate as one needs as a politician.

Wow! Thoroughly enjoyed and learned a few things. I have been longing to hear someone not just speak boldly but the brutal truth. A riveting conversation on the idea of Bharat, assault on civilization, religion & politics. A thundering response to Brahmanical hatred imposed by the British for their gains, dividing the Bharatiya society based on existing EU social structure. And the clear agenda to colonize, convert and enslave via christianity.

Voice to text of the Conversation : 00:00 - 10:00 mins, Voice to text, Introduction : J. Sai Deepak, Involved in land mark cases in the Country : As a student, his blog post in the patent dispute between Bajaj and TVS is something that was quoted extensively and was included as a part of the Judgment delivered by the Madras High court. Contribution in Cases between Green peace and Tata Sons, Basmati Rice producer case are some of his other contributions, In 2018 his defense of Lord Ayappa's celibacy is very well appreciated, well mentioned in Media across the country. He is very much involved in promoting the idea of Indic awareness. Voice to text of conversation with J. Sai Deepak. Q) You actually spoken about the need for common perception of the History and we are actually living in a time where even a common perception of current events seems to be little challenging to attain, so in a Nation as diverse as India, When we try to attempt to have a common perception of History, you would invariably find one section being blamed and one section taking the position of the victim. Unlike homogenous characterization of the way it happened in Germany, where they took on the blame or say China where they took the position of Victim by Japanese aggression, so how do you see this whole idea of common perception of History getting developed in a Country like India, where without creating divisions. Answer : I will keep my answer tentative, there is a decent chance that perhaps reflect my understanding at the current moment. It may change in the future & this is the truth of my moment. The idea of Nationhood has confounded me for a long time & only over the last few years, I’ve realized it perhaps, you understand Bharateeyata before you decide let’s say the political entity what you look at, the political entity what you look at today corresponds/approximates to let’s say a Nation state, that’s how we have decided to mould ourselves. But for all practical purposes it’s a triangulation of sorts, which has been required by the History, perhaps you are unshackling yourselves from an European colonizer, there was a certain legacy you have inherited which you chose to continue with, in the interest of continuum so that there is a vyavastha, there is a some kind of system in place, so that a common person has some kind of system to look at, this is something that you have inherited as part of colonial legacy, But do you want to continue with there is a question which you have never asked yourselves. Perhaps even if you asked yourselves during the framing of the constitution those discussions have never reached out to the common people subsequently & therefore I believe that what we understand the country today is a curious mix of myth reality, fact & fiction without any serious effort being invested by the level of the state, there I say at the level of the society. To perhaps make sense of our past and see how is it that we have straight jacketed our past into the concept of Nation state. Direct way of answer - The understanding of the premise that you have to be a Nation, you need a certain degree of homogeneity is not our way of thinking at any circumstances. That is an inherited legacy & if a Nation is supposed to have homogeneity to the extent that there are no fights, there are no internal wars at all, never has a History of battles between communities, I don’t find there is a single society or a single Country that can rise up to those standards, Even between the Japanese there were fight, the identity within China is a created identity, it’s an artificial identity, it has been created over centuries perhaps for the last 200 years. So I think to try and start with the assumption that for you to be a Nation, you must be homogenous, there is a serious problem because the first question that needs to be asked is homogenous at what level? What is the metric, is it ethnicity? Is it Religion? Or is it something else? Is it Culture? These are the questions we must ask ourselves & there I believe, that Bharat subscribes to a slightly different yardstick, because for all practical purposes, What we know is Hinduism, What we know is Dharma, What we know is Sanaatana Dharma is for all practical purposes, agglomeration of multiple Sampradayas , multiple faith systems that are perhaps tied by the notion of Dharma to some extent, I don’t want to go beyond that, because I’m not expert in the subject, but my limited understanding tells me that the connect that you are looking at the tie you are looking each of this identity is not the Religious connect, is not an ethnic connect, but it’s a spiritual connect & this is not something that can ever be understood if you try and Bharat from European experience. Bharat’s experience is Unique, it’s identity is unique, it’s understanding of Samskriti and Sabhyata is Unique, therefore it makes very little sense to try and impose the trappings of the European thought from Nation statehood or let’s Constitutionalism or anything else on this particular Civilization, because it’s almost trying to understand the Father by the yardstick of the Son, makes really no sense. So therefore I would suggest that even if perhaps don’t have an answer, we atleast thought with the understanding that What we know today is insufficient, inadequate, incomplete and certainly doesnot do justice to Bharat as an entity. So how do we define ourselves? There are enough Historians who were grappling with this particular Question around the time of independence movement, because when you start clamouring for independence the first response from the Christian colonizer was, you were not even a Single Country before I came to this particular land, so What is your claim to fame & how can you actually make a case for Nation state & Independence? If you were not stitched together as a political entity prior to my entry what makes your case stronger after my exit and how can you ask me as a single political unit to give you independence as a single political unit. So, Historians around that period first of all tried to understand this under civilization sense. So a Civilization whether it’s an advanced stage of decay or it is a stage of resurgence as for as History and time to decide, but a civilization which has telescoped itself into the narrow prism called Nation Statehood, when it struggles to straddle between its identity as a civilization and its political reality as a Nation Statehood, the kind of confusion that an entity is suppose to go through, Bharat is a live example for it & as long as it doesn’t strike a balance between its past and its presence, its future is bound to be confused and confounded. Therefore there is a decent chance that , the values that tie you together which tie you to the land of this particular country and basically says that this is the History that inherit, there is a decent chance that consequence of adoption of that identity that you will other a few people because quite a few people may or may or may not subscribe to it so be it is a straight answer to it, because the process of formation of an identity using any yardstick is bound to result in creating an other who does not conform to the identity or subscribe to the identity or who is not part of the identity. That is no reason to alienate or abandon your identity. If you say that someone is your Mother, it also means that person is not the Mother of someone else. Doesn’t mean that you alienate your Mother simply because the other doesn’t relate to that particular Mother, So that I think it is the clarity that is required, but I think we are valuing in a certain misplaced understanding of Universalism & we confuse Spiritual Universalism with political, Geo Political realities & as we continue to conflict between the two & I think we will neither be spiritually Universal or will be real political according to me, that confusion will continue for some time.

Over the years I've followed this man, I've gone from being an admirer and a fan to a shishya, always in awe of his grasp over issues and the brilliant articulation. The man just leaves his detractors in shock and awe by the conviction and force of his arguments.. More power to JSD.

Voice to text Conversation : 10 mins - 15:34 mins Q) When you spoke about the confusions that would come as a result of we not being very clear and in terms of rather not reconciling between the Cultural identity of the past and the political identity of the present, while I agree that there is good amount of confusion which you see in the society as you speak, but when we do this othering that happens there is going to be a good amount of conflict as well, & the Hindu response to the conflict in last few years has often seen to be inadequate or its not been effective enough to assert some of the basic aspects of equality which the constitution is actually suppose to promise, So what do you think those conflicts (Kinds) would come out of it & how best you think can be addressed in a way that, the broad cultural premise of Universal Secularism, which is fundamental to Hinduism is not compromised? Answer :- Based on my very limited untrained understanding of Dharma & its philosophy, chaos is a reality, chaos is to be accepted and chaos is permanent. Chaos leads to change or may be it’s a cycle where both feed of each other and if chaos takes the form of conflict, the Question is, is it for right reasons? What is the end goal that is been aimed at? What is the motivation here? I don’t think conflict is something that we are to be worried of or be scared of, if Saagar Manthan itself is a text book example , Pouranic example or an ithihaasic example of conflicts, it was nothing but a conflict, I don’t see how is it that we try and evade conflict not possible, the question is are you undertaking it for the right reasons? Are you doing your best to avoid that conflict? Have you employed every possible means to offer the olive branch? & if left with no other options & forced to take a position do you first of all have the guts? & second to bear with all and embrace it? & therefore believe in at each of these levels perhaps we need serious introspection but all of this calls for two very specific treats according to me, While it is a politically incorrect terminology to use, I will use it for Whatever its worth regardless of the reactions. “Brahmanatvam & Kshatratejam”, both are required & Brahmanatvam I won’t use it in the sense of caste. Bramhanatvam : Pursuit of knowledge and the guts to speak the truth regardless of the number of people arrayed against you and even if the rest of the World is arrayed against you, if you believe that you are right, do not part from your position under any circumstances come Hell or high what, that is the essence of the Brahmin, that is the essence of Brahminhood, that is the essence of Brahmanism there I say it, that is Brahminical, the much malign word. Kshatram : effectively means, once you have decided this is the truth you are fighting for? Are you willingto protect it? Are you willing to push it? Are you willing to defend it under any circumstances? Because of all the four varnas that the Chaturvarna system effectively believes & puts stock in, the Kshatriya is perhaps the most important because his Sword that effectively ensures that everybody else has the freedom to live and practice there own Dharma, the Brahmin perhaps teaches you What is Dharma? But the practice of Dhrama is made possible by Kshatriya who wields the Sword & says, I’ll protect the rest of the Society & I’m willing to sacrifice my life & my longetivity so to speak at the altar of Dharma & therefore as much as you need lot of people who propagate the truth, the truth is always bound to inspire responses & nine out of ten times violent responses. Which I think effectively what’s going on & as long as your response is churning out this misplaced pacifist sense of Hindu Dharma. I’m sorry to say that you have not understood the meaning of Shastra and Shaastra going together & today I believe that we have perhaps a surfeit of Shaastra in several ways with a lot of people talking but a serious deficit of Shastra & that’s where I think Indian state has done a fantastic job or a great job of giving people the confidence that if they speak the truth, the state will stand by them and protect them, the state effectively has failed in its duty to protect those who wish to seek the advance, the truth of this landdom & therefore I think the state is pushing people into looking into alternatives, non state state alternatives, So may be its for the State perhaps this is the best possible time to ask for these questions, may be because I believe the Stars are aligned in a particular fashion & therefore given that there is a certain thought process at play, that process must empower the advancement of Dharmic truth in every manner possible, at every front possible, at every level possible.

Sri J SAI DEEPAK popularly knows as JSD is on a mission to do something BIG- He is not only superlatively brilliant he wants to do something for this country for a real change -- He is fairly successful in making a large section of people understand a complex subject such as INDIAN JUDICIARY. JSD kept on using BHARAT and not INDIA -- That is the way it should be - Let us drop the word INDIA and start using BHARAT. The Anchor PRASANNA KARTHIK was too good and asked very thought-provoking questions and timely paraphrasing
