Do you do Sneha or Prema?
Do you like yourself the most when someone does something for you?
Or when you have given or provided help to someone else?
In Sneha, we are merely receivers of love and experiencing the lower form of love.
In Prema, we like ourselves the MOST when we have done some service to others. There is a feeling of joy that bubbles out from within us.
This is why we should be “GIVERS OF LOVE” i.e. we don’t depend on others for happiness.
To go from Sneha to Prema, we have an acronym GRASS to guide us through:
G-Giving Love
R- Rise in Love
A-Accept the other person as they are
S-Sacrifice
S-Share
Communicate in words but not through chats. Because chats only have words but don’t contain the emotion. A conversation consisting of words, emotions, audio and visual connect leads to a clearer and deeper conversation. Constructive communication does take time, but it will be totally worth in building the relationship.
