ഓരു വർഷം മുന്നെയാണ്. എനിക്ക് ഒന്ന് തല ചുറ്റി അങ്ങനെ എന്നെ ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയപോ ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞു കോളസ്ട്രോൾ കൂടിയിട്ടാണെന്ന് 232 ആയിരിന്നു..അത് കേട്ടപ്പോ ഞൻ വല്ലാതെ പേടിച്ചു. ആ പേടി എന്നെ ഈ കൊളസ്ട്രോളിനെ കുറിച് അറിയാൻ പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ചു. അങ്ങനെ ഞൻ അതിനെ കുറിച്ച് യൂട്യൂബിൽ നിരന്തരം സെർച്ച്‌ ചെയ്തു അതിൽ നിന്നും കേട്ട വിവരങ്ങൾ എന്നെ കൂടുതൽ കൂടുതൽ പേടിപ്പിച്ചു. ഈ കൊളസ്ട്രോളിന്റെ അന്ദ്യം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് ഹാർട്ട്‌ അറ്റാക്ക് ആണെന്ന് ഞൻ അങ്ങട്ട് ഉറപ്പിച്ചു മനസിൽ

അയ്യോ കയ്യ് തട്ടി അറിയാതെ സെൻഡായി പോയി. ഇതിന്റെ കണ്ടിന്യൂസ് ആണ്... അങ്ങനെ ഈ അറ്റാക്ക് എന്നുള്ളത് എന്റെ മനസിൽ അങ്ങട്ട് kayarikoodi. അതിന് ശേഷം ആരെങ്കിലും അറ്റാക്ക് ആയി മരിച്ചുന്ന കേട്ടാൽ എനിക്ക് ഭയങ്കര പേടി തോന്നും. അതും ചെറുപ്ലാക്കാർ ആണങ്കിൽ പിന്നെ പറയണ്ട. ആവു വല്ലാത്തൊരു avsthayaan അപ്പോ. ശരീരം ആകെ കൊയങ്ങുന്ന പോലെ തോന്നും. ഞാൻ ആകെ പരിഭ്രാന്തിയാകും എനിക്കും അത് ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന പോലെ തോന്നും ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോ മരിക്കുമോ. ശ്വാസം എടുക്കാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് അനുഭവപ്പെടും. 😒😒. എന്നെ കൊണ്ട് എന്റെ റൂംമേറ്റ് അടക്കം എടങ്ങാറായി കാരണം നട്ടപ്പാതിരക്കടക്കം എസ്‌പിറ്റലിലേക് ഓടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒരുപാട് വാട്ടം. അവടെ ചെന്നാൽ ഓരു kozhapom ഉണ്ടാകില്ല. 15കെജി വരെ ഞൻ ഓരു മാസം കൊണ്ട് കൊറഞ്ഞു. അപ്പോ ഞൻ വർക്ക്‌ഔട്ട്‌ ചെയ്‌തതു ഫുഡ്‌ കണ്ട്രോൾ ചെയ്തു. 2 മാസം എന്നിട്ട് വീണ്ടും പോയി കോളസ്ട്രോൾ ചെക് ചെയ്തു ഒക്കെ നോർമൽ 184ആയി .. ബട്ട്‌ അപ്പഴും ഈ ഭയം എന്നെ വിട്ട് പോകുന്നില്ല. എനിക്ക് വീണ്ടും അങ്ങനൊക്കെ തോന്നാൻ തുടങ്ങി ഞൻ ഒരുപാട് കൗണ്സിലിംഗ് വീഡിയോസ് കണ്ടു അപ്പോ കൊറച്ചു ആശ്വാസം കിട്ടുമെങ്കിലും പിന്നീട് ആരെങ്കിലും അറ്റാക്ക് ആയി മരിച്ചുന്ന കേട്ടാൽ വീണ്ടും പോയി കാര്യം ആ പഴേ അവസ്ഥ തന്നെ.. അതാണെങ്കിലോ ഇങ്ങനത്തെ ന്യൂസ്‌ അവോയ്ഡ് ചെയ്യാൻ എത്ര ശ്രമിച്ചാലും enganekilum thattithirinj ഇന്റെ ചെവിക്ക് എത്തും ചെയ്യും പണ്ടാരടങ്ങാനായിട്ട് 😬😬😬 അതും ഒക്കെ പ്രവാസികൾ ആയിരിക്കും ഞാനും ഓരു പ്രാവാസിയാണ്.. ബട്ട്‌ മുടങ്ങാതെ exersise ഒക്കെ ചെയ്യലുണ്ട്. എന്നാലും പേടിയാണ് ഇപ്പഴും മാറീട്ടില്ല 🥴🥴 ഇങ്ങനെ anubavikkunnavr ഉണ്ടങ്കി നമുക്ക് ഓരു whatsapp കൂട്ടായ്മ തുടങ്ങാം എന്നിട്ട് നമുക്ക് namukthanne വേണ്ടിയിട്ട് കൊറച്ചു ആശ്വാസം കണ്ടത്താൻ ശ്രമിച്ചാലോ ഇതാണ് എന്റെ വാട്സ്ആപ്പ് നമ്പർ +966537658924
