Understanding the reasons behind having more POTS fatigue when you eat can help improve your symptoms and have more energy.
Personally, I wondered for years why eating made me feel so tired and spacey - it was one of my early symptoms of nervous system dysfunction and POTS.
Even after multiple elimination diets, specialists, not-so-fun tests, and trying to eat "healthy," I continued to crave a nap after a meal. What was going on? Was it just me? I kept getting told my digestive symptoms would get better when my POTS improved... but the two seemed to play off each other.
It took some exploration to figure out what was going on.
After working with quite a few clients with similar complaints of feeling tired or having more dizziness or pain with eating, I've realized that I am not the only one struggling.
So, in this week's video I thought I'd shared my discoveries and some of the guidance I give clients to help them figure out how to eat and feel energized - versus tap a nap!
