Sir, it was a very good vedio to know about the basics of balanced personality. It really helped me to grasp the essentials of what is it on the basis of which we consider oneself as balanced or unbalanced. Sir, you frequently used the word 'structure anlaysis' not only in this vedio but also in other vedios. Particularly, in GTO dimension, it is quite essential to have such quality of structure analysis. And it is, I believe, one of the major hindrance the candidates, including I, face while doing the HGT, PGT, CT, and FGT. Sir, can you plz kindly give us a vedio of how to analyse the structure by using your instruments in your academy as an example.

Despite all this sir, my question to you is what is happening nowadays. You see videos of recommended candidate no one talks about personality development rather they are talking about how to write actions in TAT. Many of them also said that whatever they were taught in coaching and given to practice(Psych test) are enough to clear SSB. Isn't the ex assessors who are running those coachings aren't they responsible as they are indirectly manipulating the process!!!. Since candidates already know what pictures are going to come they are already prepared with readymade stories. You said that developing personality will automatically make our responses acceptable, but here you see that what is happening is totally opposite.

Sir I was in your your coaching in Pune probably I think towards the last batches and after that you shifted to Nagpur. Sir I am sorry to say that I went to you with lot of hope because I had been following you for very long time and watching and attending you free webinars as well as KZfaq videos. I went to you with a hope that you will provide SML+AFOSOP program. But like others you also did what others do, to go through a candidate just the process. You didn't even evaluate my single story nor you gave any feedback regarding my psychology. There were no SML classess. I went to you because I felt that in the rat race you are someone who was talking different. But there I found something very different. I felt cheated. I am sorry Sir, but your action didn't match with what you said. Yes GTO was very good I got insights about it particularly in fatta balli but in others like GPE again there was no effort. You just made us did one GPE and nor we get any idea whether we were right or wrong. It was my mistake probably that I was bit gullible at that time, but Sir I have been thinking of writing to you this and today I wrote it.

There is nothing of value which can be derived from your videos. All of your videos, almost all, provide no value and are harmful, they're full of content in which you bash and defame other coaching institutes, and tell that only your coaching is good and honest and everyone else is just cheating the candidates, SSB and defence forces. Well it's far from truth. Infact your videos are harmful for anyone preparing for SSB Your videos install one thing in the candidates mind, That :- "Tum kuchh bhi kar lo, ssb se recommend ho hi nahi sakte, bhagwan ram bhi aa jayen to unhe bhi ssb reject kar degi." I followed your videos and denied whatever anyone else was teaching, And result was that my self esteem got so low that From August 2018 - August 2019 I constantly kept getting screened out 6 times, and only when I completely rejected whatever you told in your videos i was screened in. Your videos like "kissa rassi ka", etc. Your phrases like "Charlie katna ssb ka", "pen drive laga kar chale jaate ho ssb me" And your videos in which chatur from 3 idiots is wearing cap with a pen drive going in his butt, Sir, it's utter bullshit, You provide nothing in your videos through which a candidate can work on himself and prepare for ssb, all they do is defame the other coachings, other institutions and officers and decrease the self esteem of candidates. All I see in your videos is an old frustrated angry man who never smiles or laughs. I once even called you regarding a workshop which was to be held in Delhi, I dialled your number, and some other number was given in the poster, it was morning 8-9 am and your started scolding me "Kahan Hain tumhari observation skills, aise banoge tum officer, kaise kaise candidates hain officer ban ne chale aate hain, itna bhi nahi aata" I don't know how you yourself got recommended because your OLQ "Liveliness" is not there The only good thing about you is your presentation skills. I really wish I never had come across your videos and wasted a precious year of my life I really wish your views drop to zero and you close your channel and stop destroying the career of candidates.
