The thing is, every single market Structure, price movement on the charts primarily follows the dead cat bounce. It's like a math unto itself. The structure, the movement of price and it's retracement. What's confusing on a lower time frame chart may be just a simple dead cat bounce structure on a higher time frame and vice versa in many cases. Building this into an algorithmic construct carefully, can and will generate rather reliable signals than all those fancy shmancy indicators.

Actually I personally like to spot this setup as a downtrend reversal / end of downtrend signal to throw money into index call options (NASDAQ or the French CAC40 (IXIC US Symbol?) 🤔)

If I’m going in at the first 2 min candle, and the bounce goes over 50-55% area, should I buy more and try to break even / sell near high, or should I set my stop at 55 % area of my entery candle and just take the loss early?

Oliver Can you make a video on what would be the expected percentage odds of different activities in a stock movement like RBI, Elephant Bars, Tail Bars, Hitting the mighty 200.. Pls do share your experience of so many years with us on this.. Like you usually tells us that in the event of Elephant Bar there is 80% chance that it will run in that direction only....

We want the dead cat bounce for bear we only see examples for a bull dead bounce
