Personal experience & advice: My triglycerides were 210 in month of may. I started cutting oil from my food. My breakfast was Satttu including mix of dry fruits including walnuts, pistachio, cashews, peanut, almonds. Lunch a large salad plate & chicken breast bbq. Dinner fruit salad ( specially watermelon) or else 1 plain dosa with coconut chutney. After dinner I am Walking 10k steps daily regularly every evening. Zero sugar diet, no excuses. Drink 2 tea with Ceylon cinnamon. Triglycerides came down to 150 in 1 month. No one believe my results. I did my blood test 2 times to confirm. Both times triglycerides were 150 & 140. Those who don’t know what is sattu, kindly comment below I will answer.

Her bad lipids turned vicious the moment we took her off the sugar and injected butterrich bulletproof coffee. She attacked like they were on a missionary mission. 1:36, This is only conditionally correct, If you have high insulin then yes, Triglycerides will process in to fat cells. Having zero glucose and zero insulin in your blood will allow the liver to convert Triglycerides in to ketones rapidly, which can only be done if Insulin is not preventing this from happening. So being zero-carb whilst keeping up electrolytes will place you in ketosis.

Well, you’ll never have zero glucose as the body produces it. Insulin will happen with essentially any food you give it. It’s just much lower proteins and especially fats as opposed to glucose or processed foods. Fasting will also allow yourself to be put into ketosis. I did fasting and then keto and this corrected many, many food related issues with me.

People, among other things, often suffer from an excessive number of pathogenic lipoproteins in the bloodstream. Those molecules have a lot of triglycerides and cholesterol in their composition, which the laboratories classify as LDL or 'bad' cholesterol. Pathogenic lipoproteins are the problem and triglycerides in the blood, cholesterol is always good.

Because this video doesn't say that not only refined carbs and "simple sugars" raise it but saccharides (sugars) do in generals. A "simple sugar" is just a carbohydrate that has only one glucose molecule and a "complex carb" is a carbohydrate that has multiple ones that are going to get broken down and eventually results in single glucose molecules. So in the end, a carbohydrate dominant diet will result in higher Triglycerides. Hope that helped.

Just got out of the hospital for pancreatitis. I know it's not a contest but mine were over 2500. They always said "over" 2500. I'm guessing it's because their machines max out at that. Not sure though. What's weird is that my pancreas has zero problem producing insulin. It actually almost got me killed multiple times in my 2 days in the hospital because all the dextrose and insulin they were giving me was making my pancreas produce too much insulin. Got down to a blood sugar of 31 and nobody was supposed to check on me for about 20 minutes. Luckily I was able to call the nurse before I passed out.

Health is so weird. Like, my mom is tall and thin, eats healthy, like salads, unprocessed meats, and nuts, and exercise every day, even on her lunch breaks, and she has high cholesterol and triglycerides. Where as I don't exercise at all, other than the stairs to my apartment to and from work, (seriously, I'll skip meals cuz I'm too lazy to walk to the kitchen), I eat eggs everyday, bagels, pop tarts, pasta, I literally put sugar on my frosted flakes, and my triglycerides were so low, they weren't measurable which meant some of my other numbers couldn't be calculated right. I'm so confused. Also, I'm 6" shorter than her but weigh 10 lbs more 😕

faisal islam eat lots of omega 3 and no carbohydrates! healthy fat from animals and plants give good cholesterol which fights triglycerides and brings down inflammation. eat no boxed goods, and eat healthy fats :) niacin and some other supplements can also help.

Eating only good fat is not a problem, but eating sugar and fat toghter will cause high level of triglycerides.

It might be wise if you expand on what you mean by 'I have triglycerides'. Do you have a high carbohydrate / high fat diet? I drink MCT oil (Medium chain triglycerides) every day, since I'm also on a zero-carb diet, the MCT's are good for me. Although if I had high carbs then the MCT's would form plaques and contribute to poor vascular health.

eat out less, eat more at home. That removes you from eating burgers, fries. Your gonna have to eat a "salad". but start learning how to cook so that you make the food that is healthy and tasty for yourself. Changing your diet dosent have to be a downer.

Make small changes every week. Don't over do it all in the beginning. You can trigger your body into panic mode and that's makes you stress more about eating. Depending on your condition try walking around the block bouncing a ball. Increase your speed every day. Next try jogging enough until you catch yourself breathing harder. Power walk until you catch your breath again. Repeat. Next level is riding a bike around the block, jump off and combine with the jog/power walk. A typical middle schooler should accomplish this in a 1 week and 1/2. As for food drink 1 glass of water before all meals. The weight of the water will feel more full so you don't have to eat that much. Eat half the amount of what you normally eat. Wait 20 minutes. By then your hunger should be satisfied. But if your still feel hungry eat 1 piece of fruit. Preferably not too sweet. And most importantly try your hardest not to eat after 6 or 7 p.m. Not eating for 12 hours should make you hungry in the morning. Normally young kids dont eat a hardy breakfast early in the mornings. This is way they skip breakfast and when lunch comes around they super hungry and over eat. No bueno. As for types of foods eat more fruits and vegetables. Try blending the vegetables into a smoothie with a slice of fruit to make it more appealing. The fruits (not too sweet) you can blend with plain yogurt. I guarantee you will see the difference in 2 weeks. Wish you all the best.

Oh hun. You’re not alone. My doc just told me the same. Well the nurse did after I called to ask about my results. I’ve been looking this up. Started using the public gym here at my apt and eating more veggies. Another thing I did come across is over eating even if it’s healthy food can still cause triglycerides? So I’m still educating myself. Check out dr ken berry. He has a video specifically on tris. No fast food, no candy, no empty sugar drinks and I’m assuming no types of breads either. Still do your research. You’re not alone. You’re young, build discipline in your youth, strong discipline and you’ll get there!!

Kai Bailey Computer-generated voice wouldn't have intonation at all. Beside, I remember they (the channel) replied to a comment on one of their old videos (that comment is asking what narrator the video is using) saying that they're using real human voice instead of artificial/computer generated one.
@kaibailey3331
@kaibailey3331 7 жыл бұрын
This is untrue. Computer programs are based on real voices and use segments of the voice to create an algorithm to convert text to segments of the prerecorded voice - but it uses it poorly and it does come out robotic, lol. It may be based on a real voice, but it's computer generated speech nonetheless.
