It becomes increasingly obvious that the women in rural areas have very little say in deciding whom to vote for and also that a significant number of people lack in political awareness and vote for those candidates that others vote for. One of the biggest disadvantage of democracy is parliamentarians are elected by measuring people in quantity not quality of people . For democratic process to work first and foremost thing is population should be educated and have easy access to information .
