Dear Natalie, thank you for your informative videos on egg freezing. Is it too much to handle in one month if I want to do everything from the initial consultation to egg retrieval in August, as my insurance won't be valid before August? I’m 38 years old and had my tubes tied after 4 kids at 29. We had reversal in 2022 and have been ttc since. Next month makes two years. We got pregnant 4 months after surgery but it was ectopic. Hsg was clear before the ectopic and another was clear after. All my labs are okay. Amh 1.04. What are my chances of ttc naturally at this point with my age and tubal factor?

Dr Natalie, I am 34 and have been trying for 1.5 years. I have a 4 year old daughter I conceived on 1st cycle. I had vacuum assisted delivery and bled quite a bit and had to get transfusion. could that impact my ability to get pregnant ? I have normal periods and concerned about secondary infertility. Thank you.

I had a missed miscarriage and an embryonic pregnancy. I passed some of tissue around 8 weeks now I go for a D&C tomorrow this time I’m around 10 weeks. I had complications with cydotec vomiting multiple times, diarrhea, severe contractions, a temperature of 100.9 and evaluated blood pressure. My body still did fully pass the tissue that is why the doctor wants me to have a D&C. What causes anembroyic pregnancy? What infections can occur in the uterus in these cases?

Please help me Im desperate. I am 26 years old and I have pituitary macroadenoma discovered after subclinical apoplexy 3 years ago… this resulted in low FSH LH and amenorrhea.. can I have children when I technically went through early menopause??? What do i need to do Please talk about this
