We just got a new Worcester boiler installed. But we didn't get an inbuilt programmer like the one in the video. Do boiler manufacturers not automatically fit a programmer to their boilers? Do we have to purchase a programmer separately?

I have a GreenstarcCDi Classic it has started flashing red and ee flashing . I can press the red flashing light to reset it can last for a couple of weeks then starts again any ideas please

I had a similar problem recently. Engineer diagnosed a problem with the programmer and a new one was supplied.

@@thesamsungexperiance8853no, can’t seem to find any answer for it but my electrician said you can with a bypass cable and switch to it but in the end for my Nest controller working but good to know there is a hack

Connect the circle beetle to the 2 back rocks as the top as a icing point so the diamond of the flat diamond could be hidden

Don't buy these boilers they have cheap plastic parts where brass should have been used.

Sounds like an intermittent fault with the PCB. Contact our Customer Services on 0300 123 6000 to book an appointment for the gas engineers to investigate. As it is only intermittent and you have heat and hot water then please consider the weather and the likelihood of a delay for the engineer to attend as they will be concentrating on full boiler breakdowns at this moment.
