When it comes down to seeking help or assistance from a Therapist or Psychiatrist? You have to look at the person face to face and to understand where they are in life. Frankly it's not about what the Therapist wants you to do? But you should not have to be pushed into doing anything that your not happy about doing 🤥 Understanding what a person goes through is hard to comprehend, But realistically it's about offering advice and counselling the people who need to be made aware about their Addiction or their way of thinking 💪 Be willing to sit down Nd let them speak their own mind if you can 👊 And don't rock the boat that they do choose to be put on 😬 So please be understanding when it comes to offering advice!
