I can certainly see the improvement, especially with Sans's parts. The previous version gave Sans a very monotone voice, whereas in this one there's at least some emotion in his lines. Good job.

6:20 - 6:25 And this is why I love Flowey as a character more than Sans. Flowey, while not a good role model in the slightest, is SUCH a unique and expressive character, both in design and personality.

I'm not a fan of comic dubs, but I have to admit... this is amazing, the amount of emotion you've put in voice acting this is just great, not only that, the comic is great too. The voice for Sans, Flowey, Asriel, and Frisk is just on point, I'll make sure to subscribe and push that notification bell on so I'll get to see more amazing comic dubs, keep up the good work!
