lowercase is not the font it is system

Look carefully: it's not system, its an edit of a pixel font

On Windows you open the file and then click the font document. It should come up with a tab showing the font in different sizes. Then just click 'install' and it will download and you will see it next to all the default fonts on your comuter (In Microsoft Word, Docs, Slideshows....)
