Wrong, isnt a free win. As soon as you encounter a player who WONT die on his easy special at the end (WITH FULL HP), he suddenly becomes a good/ok character

Every character in ulc has a good counter. Snowdin outerdust < snowing Hmm insanity < outer chara Waterfall dusts < killer knife + integrity

yeah the character is kinda and I mean KINDA busted, because phase 1 is really strong.

Simply dont attack in phase 2 because if they attack when you arent running at them they will eventually run out of stamina

yeah ulb is kind of just a noob trap. i used to think he was op until i realised he had no stamina regen. hes honestly not great if you have 1 competent opponent
