Glitchtale Gaster is what Gaster could be if he was an entire being and was not scattered across time and space So it’s not fair to UT!Gaster to call him weak when he isn’t a complete being by himself Also Glitchtale don’t have a code anymore, so no reality warping for UT!Gaster

Yes but that's the only feat we have from gaster so there no telling how strong he is in other departments. For example he's scattered across time and space which may give him other abilities or make him more powerful in different departments.

once again we don't know what his abilities are some of his abilities may not need code to use them plus the void is a fanon thing there's no such thing as a void in Undertale, all we know is that he is scattered across time and space.
