This is great! I remember doing breathing exercises as a vocalist and wind player. We used to go the bottom of the pools to see who could hold their breath the longest. This is next level with the movement and exertion. 🎉🎉

Now, that's impressive! Holding the breath at least 1 minute(unfortunately the video does not show to the end) with emptied lungs while moving around in the water is an extreme performance. The most will struggle to do more than 30s while resting.

Видимо вы не понимаете как работают легкие, после вдоха в альвеолах остается только углекислый газ, который уже не насыщает кровь кислородом через пару секунд.

It's POOL , of course it would be clear and clean, bc they use chlorine to kill of all nutrients and bacteria which technically natural water ain't supposed to...
