If Miller's Pacers would've played in that weak eastern conference that Bron played in, he would've won a chip. In the 90's when Miller played in the eastern conference ,it was a beast . Jordan is the reason why Reggie didn't win a chip in the 90's. Miller and the Pacers did not reach the finals until 2 years after Jordan retired and they were defeated by the Lakers so, Kobe and Shaq stopped him from winning a chip ,too.
