In the past 8 years there has been atleast 3 majorly different Celtics teams and just because you get to the ecf doesn't mean you were supposed to win a championship or even be in the ecf in the first place

The Celtics were riddled with injuries in 4 of the 5 ECF in the past 8 years (can't count now because it's the 6th and hasn't stared yet). IT4, Hayward, Kyrie, Kemba, even Tatum in game 7 last year. The only healthy one they made the finals and then lost to GSW and even then Tatum was hobbled (not quite injured but not 100%). I swear people just completely forget circumstances like injuries of which the Celtics have had a ton in the playoffs in recent years.
