I am so blesssed to see this today...i have social anxiety, everytime i talk to any human i totally mess up...i feel safe in keeping distance...and when people hurt me its not ok...i dont hv friends with whom i can share anything but , i just run away ....but today i gained some courage n told a friend a story of a day that someone mistreated me...He said its because you get everything stuck in your head, and i am a scary person to talk to...and i just ask myself how i am the Monster when only thing i was doing was protecting myself?

Manmeet I feel you ❤️ I have social anxiety. I have no friends, I say that often. I wonder whether ppl around me like me. I wonder whether I overashared every time I talk. I know that fear and urge to run away, so powerful isn't it? It makes you lonely but it seems so safe. That ever waging war in your head that you are safe and enough - it can be so exhausting. I feel you. I see and understand you. Hang in there, you are amazing, you are enough and oh so normal. And it wasn't your fault. Someone mistreating you is them being an ass, it's them doing something cuz they think they can get away with it. I m sorry you experienced it and that your friend dint hear you. You are not your anxiety - that's something I tell myself, hope that helps you too.

@@mikuandhermic thank you dear, you are very kind ❤️ I m in your shoes so I get how it feels to feel no one understands a word you say and that sometimes ppl aren't even listening! It's so crazy that compassion is not an easy thing to find even now in today's world when it comes to mental health. Our society still has to go a long way. It gets there I hope eventually at least in a few generations time. And yes you and I, we will get there. We will wage our battles and battles only we know of, and emerge victorious. It won't be easy but we will. You being you ❤️ yes that's the most important thing to work towards. I m trying to do that too everyday. Have a good day and a great life ❤️

I couldn't control my tears throughout the poetry. I myself have serious issues of anxiety and currently I am going through separation anxiety. I lost a very dear friend of mine. He is not dead though, he is just not in my life anymore. I have lost him forever. Every word of this poetry was so relatable that I couldn't control to let my heart out in comment section. Thankyou Sainee for giving words to unspoken feelings of my heart.

This is totally mine story... Even I am also an over anxious person... Every single moment after I wake up ... Its just like my mind is giving me an overdose of fear, My brain is continuously giving me a big wave of over thinking whether I am able to be successful in life, whether I am doing this wrong or right. ... I understand you babe . Morning anxiety is a real thing. I am going through the same phase. I woke up anxious & panic stricken everyday, at times there are reasons & other times there are none. All we can do is to just go through it relentlessly. It will get better ; maybe not immediately but definitely. Hugs🤗🤗

It brought tears to my eyes. I can't forget those bad days when my boyfriend was suffering from separation anxiety and panic attacks . I did my best to be with him and now I'm happy that he is in best of his spirits 💗. Thanks to his therapist and friends who did their best to make him normal again.

Kudos to this young lady for defining anxiety , its impact on individual and treatment through her versification. Anxiety isn't just a mental disorder rather it's a disaster. A disaster that could be overcome through an optimistic behaviour, exercise, in some cases meds and last but not least (Positive people)

Whenever I cry may it be for anything even the stupidest thing I call my best friend and just cry for a little while and she let me then asks what is it And most of the time it is about how my favourite character died in the novel which I was reading But you know she is always there for me and with me I know that for sure And after I feel fine Then we talk about our usual selves and laugh But the thought the pain is there with me I feel it even though I haven't experienced it but reading it or watching it makes me want to just cry and lost myself in others pain I don't know why this happens with me but even if a cup breaks near me I get really really hyper and cry my eyes out 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 The poem was amazing sainee I purple you💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
