My favorite song of all time. This song changed my life. Literally every time it brings out tears. I've had so much death in my life, I just think about all my family, friends, pets & loved ones that have transcended back Home & this song perfectly encompasses that emotion in me. Big bone thugs fan here! Been listening to bone since there first album in 1994 and there underground album in 1993. They are legends. And still listen to them today 👍

It is unique and it was extremely unique for 1996. Imagine being in 1996 and hearing this for the first time? Nobody had heard anything like Bone Thugs. The video portrays an angel who is collecting souls for heaven when it's their time. They certainly make it seem sinister throughout the video until the end when they reveal he's an angel.

Years back when I was about 17 (20 years ago) I had this playing and pulled up to Kroger and had this classic song playing kinda loud. There was an elder white lady maybe 70s possibly 80s and I thought she was going to tell me to turn it down she actually says “who is that? I love that song” lol. I had the biggest smile and talked to her for a few mins. Ill never forget that. I couldnt believe her reaction,

Fun fact Bone Thugs are the only artists to ever do a track with all three legendary rappers: Eazy E, Tupac & Notorious BIG whilst they were still alive. Each of the 3 rappers mentioned died a year apart(1995, 1996, 1997) which is a crazy thought.

Glad you started on Bone Thugs N Harmony, you need a lyric video to help you out. Their flow and cadence is amazing, they're out of Cleveland Ohio that song you listen to won a Grammy and spent 16 weeks number 1 on the Billboard charts breaking or tying the Beatles record if i remember right. They pay homage a lot to Eazy E a rapper from the Group NWA, he started a label called Ruthless Records, he passed in 95 to Aids and this song was remade to honor him. They have 2 Crossroad songs you heard the remix not the original, other Bone songs you can go to are Thuggish Ruggish Bone, Foe the Luv of Money, Days of our Lives, No Surrender, Any song off of East 1999 Eternal is a classic, you got Thug Luv featuring your guy Tupac Shakur, also Notorious Thugs with Biggie Smalls. Bone was a big deal in the 90's, also have a song called Home with Phil Collins I can go on and on

I noticed that you didn't pause the video. I believe that you will also enjoy "If I Could Teach The World", "Days Of Our Lives", "Don't Worry", and "Change The World" from Bone thugs. Please keep in mind that they are called Bone thugs-n-harmony for a reason. They do have grittier songs, but these are a few examples of their harmony. Please add these to your list. Especially "Don't Worry", I really wish more people heard that song.

All the souls being gathered, represents friends and family that they lost in real life. The baby represents Layzie Bone's son, who died after/during child birth. Bizzy's verse: Dead souls, ni- this for Wally, Eazy, C's Uncle Charlie, Lil Boo but God's got 'em. And I'm goin miss everybody. I done rolled with blows, like Aids. Ive got a recommendation you should try by bone thugs is days of our lives. Its on the set it off soundtrack. The movie stars jada pinkett smith, queen latifah and vivca fox. I think you might be surprised by it
