If I were more like Michael McIntyre I might have friends. He knows exactly how to direct his good nature, humor, and his candidness to uplift other people. Very special qualities, indeed. It isn't a trick, it isn't a ploy. He really enjoys watching other people have the moment of their lives. I feel sure he does this offstage as well. They are all a part of Michael's magnificence at making us all laugh at our foibles. I have found that difficult to do in my life. Oversensitive, I am. His beloved spouse and children are lucky. What I have learned from being nearly friendless, is that people like us for our quirks, mistakes, drawing outside the lines, being Larry David from time to time. I hide behind fear of not being loved for who I am, so I try to avoid rejection. Michael has such a talent for putting everyone else first, creating comfort and acceptance. He features such a variety of talented people. Diversity can feel magical. Watching the auditorium cheer was triumphant for me, as a viewer. Michael and family, you are beloved by many. I’ve been binge watching all the Unexpected Star segments for the last 4-6 hours and have to say, this is up there with my favourites! So beautiful! And she seems genuinely shocked but also honoured for the experience!

Being from Canada I never knew this show existed. Now I'm binge-watching them. This one has to be one of my favourites because Natasha is so obviously nervous so I can hardly wait to hear her singing when she's calm and collected and not shaking like a leaf! So.... I mean... WOW! I've been watching through all the unexpected stars videos. This is by far my favourite one. Natasha you're voice is absolutely stunning. I also like the way you were still surprised when you came out to perform, most come out and suddenly they're professional singers you sang beautiful but you seemed so real. Amazing well done.
