Впервые вижу такой фрукт. Надо было в конце разрезать, показать какой он. И как это кушать.

Его варить надо, там внутри большая косточка, но молоденькие можно кушать как огурцы, второе название этого овоща мексиканский огурец.

Aqui fazemos como um legume aqui conheço. como chuchu , cozido na água e temperado como salada ,ou cozido com molho branco com queijo no forno , dá no para fazer suflê também.

From reunion island we eat that in multiple delicious meals like gratin chouchou with bechamel sauce, beignets chouchou, daube chouchou, achard de chouchou with tumeric and green hot pepper. We add it to many chinese meals as well, sautés..

In Jamaica we call them Cho Cho we boil them and eat them as a vegetable or we steam them too. We eat them with fish or other meats and make them in soup too.

Qualquer pessoa têm a possibilidade de ter uma parreira de chuchu em qualquer lugar. Eu moro na cidade, tenho um quintal e faço de maracujá e chuchu. É muito legal passo o ano todo sem comprar chuchu e maracujá. E ainda tenho 40 pés de banana maçã. É só ter coragem, fé e dedicação. Essa do vídio, está maravilhosa, ainda dá até para vender, se quiser. 👏😊💛

@@anamariamartins9238 Essa plantação de banana foi meu irmão quem fez. Eu cuido bastante com adubo orgânico. Todo mês tiro um cacho de banana. Aproximadamente com 150 a180 banana, com amadurecimento sem caborete. Faço receitas com banana tipo: peteca, asada com canela, vitaminas, cuca de babana, congelo com casca dura 15 dias na geladeira. Moro em uma cidade do estado da Paraíba.🙏🏼💛🙌🏼

I have 6 varieties of this vegetable in my garden some are dark green in color with so many throns and some are white and some are big in size but few throns We eat it's vine also and when it started flowering we stop breaking it's vine and after harvest the vegetables we give all plants to our cows 🐄 she loves it very much And after that in the month of January and February we dug it and we harvest it's roots also I mean it is also a kind of vegetable and this vegetable is more beneficial than potatoes 😊

Первый раз вижу такой фрукт, только это овощ или ягоды не знаю похож на болгарский перец, а растет как огурец. Здорово, Молодец. У нас в городской квартире и в ведрах сажают, и в пластмассовых ящиках сажают и тоже хороший урожай получают.

Disfruté mucho viendo el especial cultivo del chayote! Yo tengo en mi patio mis plantas de chayotes, pero muy artesanal. Me regalaron uno enorme, que ya tenía su rama, entonces lo coloqué, sobre la tierra, cerca del árbol de guayaba, que le sirvió para sostenerse cuando creció, y rápidamente en menos que canta un gallo, ya estaba dando chayotes! Pero, tengo dos diferentes clases, uno es liso de piel oscura, y el otro espinudo, que se hace sazón enseguida y le sale la ramita... se puede comer o sembrar en cuanto se cosecha... Saludos desde Costa Rica!☆♡😃🌺 ヅ ♡ ♪♫ • 🇨🇷

No sabia de ese dulce... que lindo recuerdo! por aca, lo que hacemos entre otras cosas, es picadillo de chayote, con maiz tierno, - se puede comprar la latita del maiz - se sofrie un poco el chayote, luego se agrega un poco de agua, al suavizar, se le pone leche, un poquito de sal, culandro y mantequilla. Se acompaña con arrocito blanco, o bien con tortillas, como un "gallito"!. Saludos, 🌺 ヅ ♡ ♪♫

How does one prepare this vegetable in a salad please? Here in South Africa, we call this vegetable a 'shu shu', and it is cooked in a stew or a soup ( for a long time and is like a potato when done( but takes longer to soften...God bless you, love and regards, Etienne

You can cook as potatoes: cut into pieces and cook with wather and salt. Remove the water. When the pieces cool, put olive oil. If you want, put other seasonings like cilantro, oregano, parsley ...
