This was by far Samdish’s best performance. For the first time I think he has interviewed a young female beautiful star like Vidya Balan & one could feel the chemistry. The bonding, the friendship (even tho it was the actor vidya) but still Samdish was able to scratch out some parts of her inner self. Hats off!

What a beautiful interview! Feel like writing a whole big essay about all the things I loved but I'm in love with how Vidya was herself despite the probing and enough moments offered for her to be unoriginal perhaps ... but Vidya was Vidya, just truthful to herself... beautiful! So bloody heartwarming to see a complex human talk freely, as freely as she is comfortable. Looking at this, I want to sit with Samdish and talk for hours. Credits to you Samdish, good work!

I am so glad, out the very few films that I've watched in the theatre. Kahaani was one of them. I still remember we wanted tickets to Agent Vinod because we were young but we didn't get the tickets for that film so instead watched Kahaani and man I was taken a back.

Only half way through the interview, I could reconfirm that I'd liked Vidya Balan, the actor, for good reasons. I've got to add that I like her doubly more as a person - her own self. All power to her. Some power to Samdhish as well, for being true to his job, audience, those he interviews, all the while not being untrue to himself or his own fair sensibilities.
