This reminds me of when you’re sleep deprived in school and you’ve eaten a hell of a lot of sugar, so every time you fall asleep you get a new dream and then your friend keeps waking you up so it’s just a stream of unfinished dreams

I'm sick and tired of all these people saying "this is flipaclip!!?" As if flipaclip is all that bad. If you have determination, the app you use doesn't matter. It just takes a lot of practice. So if you are a flipaclip animator, just practise because practice makes perfect. Just change your mindset

0:25 This animation, though unfinished, had such an impact on me for some reason. I love all those scenes and the little story wrapped up in the mix of it all. The absence of people in places that you’d assume to be crowded add to the feeling of loneliness that I believe is trying to be portrayed. I love how you can feel the emotions of the piece with a little tune without any words needed. I feel like this animation would be a wonderful story and I don’t really have words to describe why. It was just lovely and I loved every snippet of it.

This video just really reeks 2020 quarantine era. The songs used (e.g. Jack Stauber) just adds an even stronger sense of nostalgia, at least to me I guess. I remember watching this back then in my bedroom, not really thinking much of it. I’m glad to rediscover it again and notice some differences since my last watch, it’s like opening a time capsule almost. the last one is an interesting take on the Two Time meme and I would love to see what it would look like finished. I can tell they were going for the feeling of loneliness one feels after finishing school and living alone as an adult. Its so easy for those friends you were so close to in school to quickly drift away from you, moving away or getting wrapped up in their own lives. Its easy, especially for introverts, to isolate yourself and just let those threads get looser and looser. seeing "what happened to you?" felt like a message to oneself, having noticed the disappearing entourage of friends over the past months. You go through your daily routine, eating breakfast, buying groceries, trying to be an independent adult, unknowingly (or perhaps knowingly but no longer caring) secluding yourself further and further away, spiraling towards depression. Its a problem that I can relate to that is hard to get out of. It takes a willingness to take the steps necessary to reach out to those you knew and branch out to new friends in your area.

These are all unfinished and yet I feel so many emotions. Nostalgia, tranquility, etc. These are all good ddbjkdh-💓💓💓

They're all really good honestly and full of emotion. While I'd have loved to see them finished and I think the more polished ones are amazing, there's something really lovely about the other animations' unfinished state?? I can't really describe it properly, but the bodiless faces, scenes losing color or turning into messier sketches, the parts where only the body parts that move are shown... are just REALLY cool to look at and makes me think that there's someone remembering those scenes (but not every detail) and the parts that hit them the most are the only ones shown on the screen. Like at 1:57, 2:17, 2:37 and 4:33 to 4:48. I'm rambling now and I barely even animate but this video inspires me SO MUCH and makes me wonder how to replicate that very specific feeling in a finished animation.

It's really interesting to see how you work behind the scenes. Even though I'd be super hyped to see them finished, I feel like the essence of those animations are already here. Thank you a lot
