Wait so what triggered the bad ending? I'm assuming it had something to do with the windmill toy maybe. But what was it that caused the bad ending?

if you didn't complete all 3 shrine offerings before going to the park, you will trigger the bad ending. If you completed all 3 shrine offerings(windmill) before going to the park, you will trigger the good ending.

The nosey Mom kept egging her on to dump Seiichiro and forged the letter as it reveals at the end. Seiichiro and Mizuki ended up fighting over miscommunication.
