It's actually pretty cool. Made my first irl furry friends through telegram. There's lots of local groups. Been a furry since 2012 but never had irl furry friends til I used telegram to connect.

I think if I was half as forward as half of these in High School, I may have been socially active. Awkward, maybe so, but the teachers always emphasized peer bonding, because of my disability. Should have really asked that one girl Kathy out. Maybe it was for the best being gay and all oh well. Thanks Beta this has given me a lot to think on.👍

Funny about the grammar thing. My family hates that I use periods and commas in our regular communication methods. I much prefer it though, reading the same message six times to try and understand the meaning is annoying.

Telegram is like Whatsapp but better, and with some features like channels with posts that work like social media posts. Discord is just messanger and Skype for Gamers, and they have chat group servers where ppl meet each other.

@@Green_Bandit OK but like, I have Telegram and Discord, and while I'm sure there's creeps on Discord, no Discord creeps have messaged me in the several years I've had it, whereas I was messaged by several pedos on Telegram the first month I got it, and I barely even used it. Maybe I've just been unlucky with the app, but I've only ever been messaged by one person on Telegram who wasn't either a pedo or zoophile, and it was the person who was showing me the app to begin with.
