Here's a few fun facts I've gathered since the episode came out! And don't worry, nothing here is speculation, this is all things you can notice in the episode itself or was confirmed by Gooseworx herself! -Zooble is non binary but not by choice as they can't remember what gender they were before they came here for obvious reasons -Bubble doesn't actually mind being popped, in fact, he finds the sensation quite pleasant! -Caine has been confirmed to not be evil but rather an AI that genuinely just wants to help them all stay sane, he just doesn't really understand human emotions very well is all -A little something you may not have noticed, when Ragatha, Pomni and Jax were going down the hall past all the bedrooms to check on Kaufmo, you can see lots of doors with icons crossed out, likely many people have been here and abstracted, there's also a queen chess piece, presumably Queener and Kinger's wife that's crossed out -When Pomni was talking to Ragatha while she was glitching out after losing the monster, her nose started playing ping pong with her eyes -The entire thing was inspired by "I have no mouth and I must scream" -The link showed for Caine's wacky watch in fact is a real link and a little video plays when you go there, I recommend checking it out in your own time for fun! -Incase you didn't notice, Jax has quite a familiar voice actor in these youtube shows, Michael Kovach! Who voices Angel Dust in the hazbin hotel pilot, N from murder drones and the orange cat from Lackadaisy whose name I can't remember lmao

Fun Fact about the cast Not only is Michael Kovach involved as the voice of Jax but so is his girlfriend, Ashley Nichols of HuniCast (better known as the "oh, Ashley" girl) who plays Zooble

Funny thing about Jax: apparently Gooseworx herself wanted to make a character she can simp for, so she made this Tumblr sexyman of a rabbit, and I think that's based asf

Also I share your gripes with 3D animation from big studios. I really love how digital circus goes for a purposely uncanny look with some of it’s characters like Caine and Kinger. We are basically looking at characters meant to be seen in PS1 style graphics in super high resolution

When Gooseworx was creating the show, her pitch was "'I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream' with the aesthetics of an 'I Spy' book". The description on the official web page is "A woman gets trapped in a crazy virtual world along with five other humans and are now subject to the whims of wacky AI and their own personal traumas" (and also "What if it was Toy Story, but everyone was a jerk?"). The visuals are based on "I Spy" books and late-90s pre-generated CG computer games like "Kid Pix", "Day of the Tentacle", and "LEGO Island". Fun fact: Pomni has been stated to canonically be 25 years old, in response to people having made a bunch of (mostly foot-related) Rule 34 art of her. Jax is the youngest of the characters, at 22.

I think the mirror got to her because it was the first time she saw herself, and since it's functioning and consistent, it implies that it's not a dream.

Fun fact: The gloinnk queen has the same voice actor as... Wait for it.... Mommy long legs and Uzi!

Fun fact: Pomni means remember in Russian Bubble is voiced by the creator Jax is voiced by Angel dust’s voice actor Zooble is genderfluid as they don’t remember what their original gender was so you can call Zooble a he/him or she/her or they/them Caine (or C and A) is probably a reference to Caine and Abel There used to be a Queener but she abstracted which is probably why Kinger lost his mind The game show that Kinger is talking about is a reference from another animation that the creator made Bubble kinda looks like a Chain Chomp from Mario

Ive seen some fun facts posted already, but here are 2 i havent seen yet: 1- Gangle's voice actress is a vtuber too, one whose personality, avatar and speaking voice are *very* different from her character in the Digital Circus. She even posted a reaction video of the pilot on her KZfaq channel. 2- Bubble is voiced by Gooseworx herself, which as a long time Gooseworx fan, is insane (in a good way). Gooseworx is very shy and introverted, only ever showing her actual voice for a single interview around 2 years ago before joining Glitch. If her Twitter posts have shown anything though, she's definitely been getting more confident after the reception of The Amazing Digital Circus...also if she seems unhinged on there, she's always been like that.

I find it interesting that we have no idea what the outside world is like. We don't know if it's a functioning society, it's an apocalypse, a utopia, a dystopia, and I love it for that.

You know, Lizzie Freeman (the voice actress of Pomni) was actually the voice actress of Meggy on the Main Channel SMG4, at some point she put down the voice acting for meggy, after a few months when Sunset Paradise (another show on the Glitch Channel) has ended...it's realy nice tp hear her voice again...I mean it's like what? 2 years since she stoped voice acting for meggy?

With the info I learned of Zooble’s VA being Jax’s VA’s gf, and the whole “Bubble kiss Jax” thing from GlitchX, I now have a headcanon that Jax and Bubble both like Jax. Keep this up!

I just love that this is a new idea for an "otherworld" (or Isekai as its called now) setting, rather than a fantasy world (game or not) or other *inhabited living world like Dungeons and Dragons, Captain N, Super Mario Bros, In the Land of Leadale, etc...) game worlds with towns and people and commerce, this world is a mostly empty except for a few colorful distractions, so rather than say a Fantasy RPG world they are trapped in a 90's Kids show based Point and Click adventure game world. A few locations on the overworld map, a handful of distractions with no real big story for the kid playing it to follow (no demon king to defeat, or make money and build a house like Animal Crossing. Its just like...click on this slide or open that door and something silly happens kind of game....truly the most insanity inducing kind of game for an adult to be trapped in...well...second maybe to an edutainment game. Honestly I hope the popularity of this pilot inspired other Isekai creators to move away from the fantasy game setting (I love fantasy and the idea of being trapped in say Dragon Quest is a neat idea, its just...almost ALL of them and there are a lot do this same setting; just with different protagonists to mix things up), but imagine a person Isekaied into a Sanrio world, or Mecha Sci-fi, or Animal Crossing, or a Doll House world or a Survival Horror game (which seriously how have we not had an Isekai set in a Survival Horror game world by now).

Oh sweet, I was hoping you'd react to this! I really enjoyed the pilot, it's the perfect mix of silliness and existential horror. Also Jax is an asshole and I love him. Ragatha is a sweetheart and I love her. Pomni is a poor anxious mess and is also literally me. I love the other characters too. Gangle is adorable, Zooble is a mood, Kinger is hilarious. Super fun pilot, I'm excited to see where it goes from here. I also love how quickly it blew up. Surpassing the Murder Drones pilot in views so soon is insane. Kinda sucks for poor Murder Drones, but really impressive for TADC! Also I won't lie, I'd probably be fine with being in the goofy silly circus world. At least for a while. Also the animation in this is amazing. I can't quite explain it, but something about the way Jax's eyes and mouth are animated just feels really fun. And the moments where things just clip through other things, but intentionally are such a fun way to capture the spirit of this being a digital world. And of course, Kinger's glitching vibrating was hilarious, Ragatha's glitching was cool, sad, and scary. Also Kinger's cut off scream is the funniest thing lmao
