What a naive film. The costumes are really inaccurate - the underwear, the novices' veils (or rather lack of them), the lay clothes. Also, the matter of cheap props and seemingly monastic singing. Even considering that it was an unholy convent, real monastic unholiness is never that obvious. I gess this is movie was made with the teenage audience in mind. But even teenages deserve truth and historical accuracy.

Was that Holy church of medieval times so cruel 😢...I am mortified what the insensitivity of father and selfishness of church cardinals. The eternal hypocrisy in religion disregard of sects in Abraham's faith either it's Christianity or Islam or senagogue.Each has its internal impurities and interpretations of respective dogmatic rituals and superstitious devotions . It seems as true faith is lost in dungeons of abysmal of human errors 😢
