have a planner (journal) academics : make sure your assignments are done on time (this will give you enough time to proof read your assignments). if you have tests, study 3/2 weeks prior (whether you're a fast learner or not). most importantly have a study timetable, don't tackle every module at once. social life, it is important to spoil yourself, once in a while. when you're free on weekends, you can do some fun activities (you don't even have to be out of res) just watch netflix and buy some snacks. you can also plan a painting date with your friends (very healing to the soul). have ice-cream dates, join the gym (any social club) it'll help you if you feel overwhelmed. xoxo you've got this 💖
