I've a problem when using my UT61D in AC reading mode. Reading has some errors. I've investigated and found the cause of the issue.

Вам нужно было заменить электролиты на танталовые конденсаторы или твердотельные полимерные,у них нет проблем,да и в дорогих мультиметрах применяются только танталовые конденсаторы.

so what electrolytic component was it? a capacitor or something else?

It was the supply rails caps of the AD737.
