The whole thing feels like praying on a community who wanted something like this, done poorly for a quick buck.

Yeah, it’s a very confusing product. You have the advantage of an lcd over a heavy and bulky crt. An easy rotating option should have been the #1 feature. Mechanisms of which already exist by users who’ve made home versions and posted them on forums. Wouldn’t have been hard for them to replicate.

@@Gendo3s2k There are many Vewlix models. Some of which you could get shipped to you for that price. And I’m not on the coast and I barely spent more than my return Nova. Lastly, even if it was half price, it’s half the price for a piece of crap that’ll devalue like a lead brick. Save up and put your money towards something solid and proven.

Even more difficult when you go about the project all wrong, no? Making it a bartop when it prevents you from installing an easy rotating screen, making the unit too narrow and 2 player with no choice to make it 1 player from purchase (forcing you to buy a second panel instead), using a flawed display that still has no fix for its display issues with arcade pcbs, adding db15 controls and unnecessary hitbox controllers one month prior to launch when no one asked for it, not figuring out basics like your door layout or your jamma board way prior to a month before launch. If this was better planned from day one, it would have gone far smoother. A process I’m familiar with being in product development, myself. We make our deadlines and we make a solid product with only minor variations from initial design and initial sample to in-store product. It’s not hard….if you hire the people who know what they’re doing. I had figured with how many products they had under their belt they’d be well versed in this process by now.

He got a used Taito and that shit still messed up on him not even 1-3 months after getting it😂(and from the sound of it, the guy he got his veiwlix from sounds shady cuz he gave me two seats instead of a love seat like he specifically asked for so I don’t think he’s getting his money back on this one). Now he’s mad at unico when he ain’t even getting one anymore. Sound like he’s mad cuz he jumped on the wrong band wagon and that wagon just blew up (his busted veiwlix after he tried his button mod). 🤷🏻‍♂️ maybe you can get your money back on the veiwlix but this ain’t Unico’s fault. Chill on the anger, look within cuz your just looking for any reason to shot on them and that ain’t healthy. Anyways, good luck with the Viewlix.
