Hey my beautiful shining stars! Today I wanted to bring you something a little different... how to make Unicorn Hot Chocolate! I was mesmerized when I first saw Creme & Sugar's recipe online so I had to try it for myself! It's a perfect blend of white chocolate, vanilla, whipped cream, and loads of sprinkles, rainbows, and marshmallows! Hope you guys enjoy! - Charis
RECIPE: (makes two 8 oz cups)
- 16 oz. whole milk (or your milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
- 3-6 drops of pink food coloring (or other color of choice)
- whipped cream
- sprinkles and toppings
In a saucepan, heat 16 oz. of milk on med-low heat. Add vanilla extract and white chocolate chips. Stir occasionally, until melted and smooth. Add food coloring and stir until color is rich and bright. Pour into two 8 oz. cups or 1 large cup. Add whipped cream and top with sprinkles, marshmallows, edible glitter, etc. Enjoy!
