I prefer mosy of Drakenhold’s themes compared to the respective other regions. That Game of Thrones coded standard battle theme just gets me with the violin, but I think Elheim takes the in-combat theme personally because of how desperate it sounds, while also being very Tolkien coded. Cornia is very standard fantasy home world which makes sense. I’m curious though, do you know where there idea for Bastoria’s or Albion’s themes come from? Like obviously Albion’s catholic themed and Bastoria is based on viking themed, but more specifically

There may be a reason it reminds you of FFT! The composers of Unicorn Overlord (led by Mitsuhiro Kaneda) are mostly from Basiscape. Basiscape is a company founded by Hitoshi Sakimoto and Masaharu Iwata, the composers of FFT.
