Where did you order or purchase the USB adapter cable? You would think the cable would have come with the scanner! Rediculous.

What year is your laptop, I get as far as connected devices, and nothing is the same. This is a new windows 11 , Any help? I am temped to assume that the cable and connection to the scanner good. Thank you sir for the help.
