To me, this is another excellent proof that we are all living a shared experience as one. Does it not register in a fundamental way that someone living in a completely different, unique part of the world from you has profoundly relevant perspective? I cannot imagine with any accuracy what day to day life is like for him in Kenya. Completely different from my own in Northwest Florida, and yet; the human condition remains pervasive throughout the world. How else could someone so far away, seemingly so "different", speak such eloquent truths?

Don't lose hope, nothing is decided, everything can be fixed. I know people throw these words around often but it's true. Never lose self-confidence and always believe in your self. I don't know what happened to you and I would lie if I would claim otherwise but there are people who care about you and there are people who need you. Sometimes the only thing we need is just a little push to achieve the things we want or need. Everyone has been through tough times and it's our duty to help others get through them as well. If something bad happened to you and you can't find your way out, reach out to some you know and trust and they will help you.

He probably didn't intend this, but I got this profound sense that throwing away the bread wrapper would help me actually use my bread to completion, the wrapping often seems like a hassle so I choose to eat other things. I can empty out the bread from the bag and put it inside a container or bread bin. Wild. How we get hung up on the wrappers in life...

“There are some mistakes we do and because we do them continuously, the guilt disappears and we become complicit. We begin to feel like we are galvanized against the vicissitudes of life.” wtf why is that quote so profound lol

"You wont get to your destination if you chase every dog that barks. Don't fight useless battles, it is not weakness; it is strength in control." I felt that one 😢. I need to go to this preacher's church rn.

I literally love everything about this so much. I always need life advice because I'm extremely suicidal. And accents just feel so homely and comfortable, it makes more of an impact for me.

This guy is great! I bet he is wonderful with kids, because of how he presents his moral lessons with a story.
