can you clarify for those who don't know how extraordinary a tridentine mass is in the modern catholic church, and that it is a practice which is attractive to a very small number of ultra traditionalists who like to set themselves apart from the modern church.

Anyway, the Tridentine Mass has become rare in the last 60 years since Vatican II, but to say that it is only attractive to “ultra traditionalists” who want to “splits from the Church” is not true. The loudest are like the latter two, but the Latin mass typically attracts converts and reverts who are looking for something more spiritually engaging than the new mass.

@@Leo413Page check the attendance numbers at Latin Mass parishes and among so called “traditional” Catholics and compare them to mainstream Catholics. As far as Catholics who 1. Go to church and 2. Believe in the real presence, Latin Mass attendees and those who would go to the Latin Mass if they could are no small number.

Which I am not here to critique, but what I did good for was a compelling account on what it means to be two opposing, and, by the same virtue, incompatible position on God. Also, I was not suggesting anything really (to your point on him being an ‘agnostic atheist’) what I was doing was, asking is my understanding was correct. That’s a different normative practice. One is, my take, of asking, the other (what you suggested I did) is of asserting. And yes, English is my first language, haha.

They are made specifically I believe from religious orders. You can't just buy them. And they are never "bought". I believe they are given. I go to this liturgy every Sunday.
