It took me two years to figure out Amethyst's question about how hard do you need to hit a chicken in order to cook it. Given that an Olympic Boxer can throw a punch that is roughy around 500 to 1000 joules of energy, so depending on the size, density, and weight of the chicken, it would take roughly 460 to 920 punches to cook a chicken when talking about turning physical energy into thermal energy
