I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the drawers leading into the master bedroom and the master bathroom with the tub and separate shower, especially in a single wide model. Chance, I would change that area before the master;more closet for the master. In the master bathroom; put a stand alone tub and make the sink longer and tile the shower.

I live in Portland, OR. I realize most of these homes might not be available where I live but I love watching you. You're funny and down to earth. I enjoy the homes you tour. I am thinking of buying some land near the Oregon coast and putting a manufactured home on it. My hubby of 40 years passed about a year ago. I am sick of living in the city and paying outrageous property taxes and love the coast. Anyway, thank you, Chance! I am grateful for what you do!

I probably said this when this home appeared on the primary channel, I really like this home!! Not much that I would change at all, vents in the floor, match the back/side door to the front door, and remove the shower or the tub in the main bath to be replaced with a walkin tub. Then I would add some sort of gas supplied aux heat in case of a power outage. Really, that's about it.

Watching from Mississippi. Thats a great layout. I like the entrance being on the end like that... no need to build a porch. I always hate trailer (excuse me... mobile home) porches because you pretty much have to settle on just a deck unless you wanna do way more work and if you have to move it someday then you lose the porch anyways.

Wonderful single wide. At last, a two bedroom model! And its made for a narrow lot. What more can one want? Take only thing I would want would be a single deluxe bath. The master math could become a full width closet or additional space for the bedroom or the bath.

I'm here in North East, PA which is in the northwestern part of the state. The kitchen needs more drawers which is a simple fix by changing the type of lower cupboards. I love those drawers in the hallways, They woukd be perfecting for storing my sewing or cardmaking supplies. Yep the price got covered up at the end so we don't know how much it is.

I love the navy blue and floors. I wish the counter tops were wood in the same stain as the floors. That would really pop and wpuld put it over the top ! Love it ! The 2nd room may be a little small, but nice flow to the house.

Knock down the tier eating bar and make it a nice peninsula. Take out the drawers and make the closet bigger. Take out the tub and put in one of those seated showers for seniors in it's place (bc it's wider area than the cramped shower). Then take out the shower and put the sinks in that spot. If both won't fit, put sink in the center with ample counter space on both sides. Repaint the kitchen cabinets to a nice turquoise. Take out the hot water heater and put in on demand hot water. And last but not least, smooth wallboard painted to my colors. THEN I'd buy it and live in my mini mansion for the next 50 years until the day that I die in my own bed in my sleep.❤❤❤❤
