When the heat in the region increases in the summer, the demand for drinking this sherbet also increases. This sherbet is usually made by mixing lemon juice with a bit of salt and some delicious spices and mixing it with water.
Today's documentary is about this popular lemon juice from Bangladesh and India.

When u cut lemon /limes all day, it can lead to deterioration of the nails due to citric acid. That's why he's wearing one glove. He should have used a spoon or tong to pick ingredients w right hand.

I make a health lemon drink : 1 liter water,1 large or 2 small lemons ,10 dandelion leaves ,1 teasp. Honey ....blend strain .....drink ..Yum ...it's not sour and the .pips ,white flesh and rind is so nutritious

There are no seeds in this variety of lemon. You can find these in WB too, look it up and if possible do try it too. It is called Gondhoraj in Bengali, it's speciality is it's fragrance and taste. You won't regret trying :)
