I adore the house's backyard since there are so many fun things you can do there to entertain guests. Given that the home is in Marietta, has a yard, and has been completely remodeled, the price must be at least $600,000 and above.

Your a Fantastic Realtor, you always keep it 💯. But it was a cookie cutter house, allot of wasted space. And I lived in Ga originally from Southern Cali, and I thought I was in one of those winding roads going up to the Mulholland Drive in Ventura CA. We called it Lovers Lane overlooking all of CA and those million dollars homes. 😂Ga folks thinks it allot of traffic here, try driving on the 405 Freeway stuck in traffic for 3 hours, talking to ppl in another lane, and ppl outside there vehicle wondering what is going on. 😂😂😂❤Grandma Teresa

The floorplan is a turnoff. If it wasn’t for that it’s a nice house. And driving in Marietta is a nightmare now so I’d rather go somewhere else.
