Order wire and tools on my website: www.makingiteasywithliz.com
ATTENTION: You must be comfortable with doing wire wrapped loops. Please watch my videos on how to do a wrapped loop and how to link them together before attempting this project. You will save yourself a lot of frustration.
How to do a wrapped loop: • Perfect Wire Wrapped L...
How to link together: • Perfect Wire Wrapped L...
How to use LOS (Liver Of Sulfur): • How To Patina with Liv...
In this video I show you a very cool bracelet that works for both men and women. I am using 18 gauge bare copper wire in the video but you could use colored craft wire, sterling silver, etc. Add bead links to totally change it up. For a man, 16 & 14 gauge are a nice weight. You are going to love the ideas you are going to come up with...love love this project.
Tools & Materials
Pliers: Round, Chain & Flat Nose
Cutters: Full Flush
Ruler
LOS (Liver of Sulfur)
Superfine Steel Wool
18-14 gauge soft wire (I used bare copper)
You can order wire and supplies from my website:

I just started playing around with wire wrapping today... I'm serious, I picked this up for the first time today. Even a clumsy newbie like me could successfully make this bracelet for my little girl. She loves it, and I love this video! Thanks for making it so easy to follow. I'll be watching more of your videos for sure!

As a "real" jeweler, I find that there is a time and place for all techniques, something like this works very well in this case. It is perfectly find to mix and match techniques when creating, I do it all the time. Not everything needs to be soldered.

I'm fairly new to this craft (3 months). I was searching for a men's bracelet to make as a gift for my cousin-in-law and this is PERFECT for my skill level! 👍 I was actually looking for something with Egyptian cross symbols (the ankh) or Egyptian style but had no luck finding anything masculine (or in my skill level) but if I can figure out how to make a symbol/hook, it will be TWICE PERFECT! Thank you so much for this tutorial. I can hardly wait to see how mine turns out! 🙂

Love this chain. I made one out of 20 gauge square copper wire from Rio Grande. Love it out of the square wire.

I made this as a bracelet for myself about 2 years ago and haven't taken it off since. I've recently lost some weight and it's getting lose on me and a couple of the wraps have started to come open. I was thinking last week that I should make another one but couldn't find the video. I have also recently started sewing and found your magic pillowcase video tonight. I think it was fate and I need to make myself a new bracelet. Thanks for your videos! :)

Thank you. I really enjoyed your video. All I had was 20 guage so I cut it a little longer and wrapped it three times and it looks great. My wrapping needs some practice but it still came out better than I expected. ✌🏽️

Hi, jeweltone1546, Flat nose jewelry pliers have been around for many, many years, at least 60+ . When I took crafts classes my junior & senior years, 1956-'58, of high school, I used flat nose jewelry pliers that the classroom had for the students. After graduating, I continued to a two year college where I continued to learn more jewelry techniques over those 2 years, and having the oppertunity to purchase flat nose, half round & round, which I did. Over many years they were used to create different chains than shown in this video, bezels for stones, and many other types of jewelry. I still have those and use them periodically. Hope this answers your comment about not knowing that flat nose pliers, existed.
