Can I ask a queation about your own point of view on the following points: •Every teacher is a materials developer (English Language Centre 1997) who needs to be abke to evaluate, adapt and produce materials so as to ensure a match between their learners and the materials they use. • The most effective ways of helping teachers to understand and apply theories of language learning and to achieve personal and professional development is to provide monitoted experience of thebprocess of developing materials (Tomlinson, 2001) • Materials inclue anything which can be used to facilitate the learning of a language (Tomlinson, 2001)

1. I agree that every teacher is a material developer. When teachers create materials they should have the ability to evaluate (to measure and determine the significance of the material that they’ll create), adapt (they may take parts that they’ll incorporate to their materials from other sources as long as these things are relevant and also, they need to cite their sources and give credits to the author of the material they adapt), produce (they must have the finished material). With these, teachers are sure that their materials match with the needs of their learners. 2. I agree on Tomlinson (2001). Indeed, teachers need monitored experiences (meaning must be supervised) in the process of developing materials so they can fully grasp the theories and principles in materials development. 3. Anything that teachers used to facilitate his/her learners to learn are materials.
